The CEO challenge is a 2-Hour Google Meets Webcast where we challenge our audience, led by leading minds, in a sector of focus, to jumpstart new normal ventures.

Self-driven teams use step-by-step app and collaborative algorithms to sprint 1-5 hurdles and launch new normal ventures in 100 hours or less. It includes SOLO WORKOUTS and PEER EXCHANGES where we hear our collaborators who share their solo workouts amplified with their expertise.

This exercise will open the hearts and minds of our team to understand our specific stakeholders (MedReps, Medical Doctors, etc.) It will then REFOCUS PEOPLE. Channel our people away from fear, stress, anxiety and so many other things outside of our control; and channel our people to 24/7 practices that place peak performance fully within our control. More specifically, this means nurturing, at the individual level, our deeply personal sense of meaning, purpose, resilience, grit, courage, can-do; and at the corporate level, it means nurturing in authentic ways our shared commitment to mission and service. This will allow our teams to reemerge from circumstances, and forge PEAK PERFORMANCE and IMPACT.
