For me, our work here in Ignite is a mission, not a job. This mission is something that wakes me up in the morning, and is what is fueling me everyday towards peak performance.

I don't believe in coincidences. There’s a plan for me, and in everything I do. Nothing is accidental in this world. If you listen enough to the whispers, life will guide you where you’re meant to be.

When we talk about genius, it’s not just a skill or a gift - it’s a combination of all these things. Your genius represents your personal mediums for making a difference and providing impact to others.

The gift that I have is my sincerity and authenticity in giving a part of me every time I am in the presence of a person.

I want to help working moms take care of themselves. I want to serve women because every woman deserves to feel whole and to have a deeper fulfillment in her life. I want women to take pride and joy knowing that they lived their lives to the fullest.

Listen to the whispers inside you, they’re guiding you to your deepest truths. I assure you, learning to listen to these whispers will help you find deeper meaning, joy and gratitude. Try to have a habit of listening to these whispers, because the world is too noisy and you need practice in order to block out those noises.

I think people who are having a hard time figuring out their genius, purpose and service are those who are trying too hard. Maybe they are expecting something spectacular, like they’re going to be the next Gandhi or Mother Teresa. For some, that’s the case, but for others, they might think that the answers will just magically fall from the sky. I think our purpose is hidden in the confines of the simple things in life - exercising generosity, patience, empathy, compassion, the ability to reflect on our everyday encounters, the ability to listen to the whispers that are calling to us. These are beautiful ways to discover our truths and thus actualize our GPS.

While the vehicle and the new destination are not yet crystal clear, I am able to define where my GPS is leading me. And it is to serve the women whom I have encountered, whose pains I deeply resonate with. Women who are wives and mothers—constantly yearning to be whole. They are those who feel lost, trying to find deeper meaning and purpose, amidst a life that viciously revolves around caring for their husbands, kids, bosses and customers - day in and day out. These are women running on an empty tank of fuel - they have forgotten to practice self-love and self-compassion because of their genuine concern to serve others.

“Ask for signs, but don’t go looking for it. It will find you.”

I don’t ask for signs for every single decision that I make in my life. I can probably count on one hand the number of times that I did. That’s why I think that I’m blessed with such signal graces. Because I know and appreciate it’s immense and profound value. Even if I don’t ask for a sign, it just appears. And when it does, I can see that either it’s pointing towards a clear direction or it’s validating that the decision that I have already made is the right choice. And keep in mind, signs are not like shooting stars, thunderbolts or lightnings. It can be a son, who shares with me the pains of his working mom. Or it can be as simple as a book with a chapter title that explains everything that I need to know. And then lo and behold, an epiphany flashes before my very eyes. The more we practice finding the whispers, the more we become aware, then the eyes of our hearts are illuminated. It’s always out there, just waiting to be noticed.
